Corsets are a Women’s underwear garment similar to the shape and style of Basques. A Corset is worn to shape and mould a Women’s torso into a more aesthetically pleasing shape. Corsets were traditionally used for medicinal purposes in order to iron out imperfections or to reduce the size of the waistline. Modern Corsets and Corset Tops are often designed with Lace and Bone and mimic the historical versions with a more modern look and feel.
